We’re sure you have questions regarding the services provided by Great Northern Rehab and we can assure you that we will make every effort to answer those questions. We’ve compiled a short listing of frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your visit. Please take a moment to read through the information below and if you have any further questions please, by all means, call us at 906-932-4200 and we will answer any questions you may have.
Please bring your physician’s signed prescription for therapy and any forms you printed from the website completely filled out, as well as your insurance card and picture ID.

You may also have your physician’s office fax your prescription to us and we will contact you.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Most people prefer gym attire.
Most sessions last about an hour. Your first appointment may take some additional time.
Great Northern Rehab is contracted with many managed care companies. We also can treat patients as out of network if your insurance company allows it. Just give us a call at 906-932-4200 and we will check for you.
We are open from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
Our front office representatives can answer most billing questions, however if they cannot, you may call 906-932-4200 for additional assistance.
It depends on the tissue/structure involved, however most patients start to notice a difference in 1-2 weeks.  After your initial visit, we can give you a pretty good idea.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you can’t make a scheduled appointment, please let us know in advance so we can give that time to another patient.
24-hours advanced notice would be great.
